英文名: Clematichinenoside AR

描述: Clematichinenoside AR 是从中药威灵仙中提取的一种天然产物，具有抗炎和免疫抑制特性，对 PI3K/Akt 信号通路和与胶原诱导的关节炎相关的 TNF-α± 具有抗关节炎作用。

体外活性: C-AR was incubated with the content of the large intestine. The culture solution was collected at different time points and analyzed for the metabolites of C-AR. Eight metabolites were identified by liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. M1, M2 and M5 were the major metabolites. In addition, it was proposed that deglycosylation was the only pathway contributing to the biotransformation of C-AR in rat intestinal microflora.
