英文名: Pomolic acid

描述: Pomolic acid 是从野鸦椿中分离出来的一种五环三萜烯。它抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，诱导细胞凋亡，有用于前列腺癌的潜力。

体外活性: Oleanolic acid(1)被鉴定为来自多种植物的抗HIV活性成分，包括Rosa woodsii（叶子）、Prosopis glandulosa（叶子和小枝）、Phoradendron juniperinum（全株）、Syzygium claviflorum（叶子）、Hyptis capitata（全株）和Ternstromia gymnanthera（地上部分）。它在急性感染的H9细胞中抑制HIV-1复制，其半抑制浓度（EC50）值为1.7 microg/mL，并对H9细胞生长产生抑制作用，其抑制浓度50%（IC50）值为21.8 microg/mL [治疗指数（T. I.）12.8]。从R. woodsii 和H. capitata 分离的Pomolic acid也被识别为抗HIV剂（EC50 1.4 microg/mL，T. I. 16.6）。尽管ursolic acid显示出抗HIV活性（EC50 2.0 microg/mL），但略有毒性（IC50 6.5 microg/mL，T. I. 3.3）。从R. woodsii的CHCl3可溶部分还分离出一种新的三萜（11），但它没有显示出抗HIV活性。通过光谱检查，确定11的结构为1beta-hydroxy-2-oxoPomolic acid。基于这些结果，我们检查了从多种植物中分离的oleanolic acid或Pomolic acid相关三萜的抗HIV活性。此外，我们此前证明了从S. claviflorum叶中分离的betulinic acid衍生物展现出极其强大的抗HIV活性[1]。
