英文名: Secoisolariciresinol

描述: Secoisolariciresinol 是一种属于苯丙素类的木脂素。

体外活性: 研究探讨了SECOs对3T3-L1脂肪细胞调节作用及其结构-活性关系。光学活性SECO与meso-SECO对3T3-L1脂肪细胞脂质代谢的影响进行了评估。结果显示，(-)-SECO能加速3T3-L1脂肪细胞的脂联素产生。相反，(+)-SECO与meso-SECO则抑制了脂联素的产生。此外，所有测试的三种SECOs均显著抑制了3T3-L1脂肪细胞中三酸甘油酯（TG）的积累，其效果与17beta-雌二醇相似，尤其是在3T3-L1前脂肪细胞向脂肪细胞转化过程中，如果培养基中添加了SECOs。特别是，(-)-SECO强烈降低了TG积累[1]。
