英文名: Mogrol

描述: Mogrol 是罗汉果中的一种天然产物，通过抑制 ERK1/2 和 STAT3 通路，减少 CREB 激活和激活 AMPK 信号传导发挥作用。

体外活性: Mogrol（但非mogrosides）通过影响早期（第0-2天）和晚期（第4-8天），而非中期（第2-4天）的分化阶段，抑制了甘油三酯的积累。在晚期，Mogrol增加了AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK)的磷酸化并降低了甘油-3-磷酸脱氢酶的活性。在早期，Mogrol促进了AMPK的磷酸化，抑制了CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein β (C/EBPβ；脂肪生成的主要调节因子)的诱导，并降低了3T3-L1细胞内容物（如，克隆扩展）。此外，Mogrol（但非AMPK激活剂AICAR）抑制了cAMP响应元件结合蛋白（CREB；调节C/EBPβ表达的蛋白）的磷酸化和活性。Mogrol通过在细胞分化的初始阶段减少CREB活化，并在此过程的早期和晚期激活AMPK信号传导，抑制了脂肪生成。
