英文名: Folic acid

描述: Folic acid (Vitamin B9) 是维生素B9，是合成DNA/RNA，新细胞产生和维持的必要成分。

细胞实验: To determine the effect of FA supplementation on BRCA1 and BRCA2 mRNA expression, all cell lines were treated with 0, 25, 50, 75, or 100 nmol/L FA for 72 hours before harvesting in TRI Reagent according to the manufacturer’s instructions. (Only for Reference)

体外活性: Folic acid 在HepG2、Huh-7D12、Hs578T及JURKAT细胞中诱导BRCA1 mRNA表达量和剂量成线性相关。Folic acid 在HepG2、Hs578T、MCF7、MDA-MB-157细胞中诱导BRCA2表达的增加。Folic acid 对正常细胞或任何卵巢细胞系均无影响。Folic acid 在Hs578T细胞中诱导 BRCA1蛋白表达增加，但在HepG2细胞中不增加。Folic acid 不改变肝源细胞的DNA修复，但对乳腺源细胞有短暂的影响[1]。
