英文名: Oxantel Pamoate

描述: Oxantel Pamoate (Oxantel embonate) 是驱虫剂，有效针对 Trichuris muris 和钩虫。

体内活性: 兽用化合物Oxantel pamoate对Trichuris muris、Ancylostoma ceylanicum和Necator americanus的活性进行了研究。在小鼠中，针对T. muris的ED50s为4.7 mg/kg。Oxantel pamoate与pyrantel pamoate的组合表现出拮抗作用（组合指数（CI）=2.53）。将Oxantel pamoate与Levamisole、Albendazole或Ivermectin按其ED50s剂量联合使用时，也显示出拮抗效果（相应的CI分别为1.27、1.90和1.27）。当Oxantel pamoate与mebendazole联合用于感染T. muris的小鼠时，观察到高度协同效应（CI=0.15）。Oxantel pamoate (10 mg/kg)对Ancylostoma ceylanicum和Necator americanus无活性[1]。
