英文名: Nimodipine

描述: Nimodipine (BAY-e 9736) 是一种具有口服活性，耐受性良好的光敏二氢吡啶钙拮抗剂。它可研究脑血管疾病。

体内活性: Nimodipine （5-20 mg/kg，SC）以剂量依赖的方式检测赖鼻孔反应中可卡因和吗啡的自我给药行为。Nimodipine 可作为一种L型二氢吡啶Ca2+通道拮抗剂，能完全阻断可卡因效应的条件性建立，但对可卡因的敏化作用仅有部分阻断效果。
