英文名: Indomethacin

描述: Indomethacin (Indometacin) 是一种可透过血脑屏障的，非选择性的COX1和COX2抑制剂，在 CHO 细胞中，对人 COX-1 和 COX-2 的IC50值分别为 18 nM 和 26 nM。它通过干扰溶酶体的正常功能来破坏自噬流，是一种非甾体抗炎药。

体外活性: 在大鼠中, Indomethacin (7.5 mg/kg）能够在远端空肠和回肠近端产生急性损伤和炎症.大鼠口服Indomethacin (20 mg/kg）可增加胃黏膜的胃糜烂总面积和脂质过氧化物浓度.

体内活性: Indomethacin调节TCF活动,从而减少β-连环蛋白/ TCF-应答基因的转录,但它不会破坏β-连环蛋白/ TCF复合物的形成。
