英文名: Flopropione

描述: Flopropione (Phloropropiophenone) 是一种解痉剂，用作 5-HT1A 受体拮抗剂，也是儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶抑制剂。

体外活性: 在T(g)以下的温度条件下，Flopropione不展现洛伦兹弛豫现象。在T(g)以下，Flopropione的分子活动性高于Nifedipine。[1] Flopropione在整个温度范围内呈现阿伦尼乌斯温度依赖性。Flopropione通过介电弛豫在T(g)以上测量的tau (β)的外推与通过TAM/MDSC在T(g)以下测量的tau (β)一致。[2]
