英文名: Sulfabenzamide

描述: Sulfabenzamide (N-Sulfanilylbenzamide) 是一种磺胺类抗菌剂，可单独使用或与磺胺噻唑和磺胺乙酰胺一起用作阴道内的局部抗菌制剂。

细胞实验: The MTT assay is used to evaluate the viability of T-47D cells incubated with different concentrations of sulfabenzamide (0.0-20 mM) or doxorubicin (0.0-0.6 μM) after 24, 48 and 72 h.(Only for Reference)

体外活性: Sulfabenzamide抑制T-47D细胞的增殖并提高Caspase-3活性。Sulfabenzamide 不诱导凋亡，但会轻微促使细胞周期从G1期向S期和G2/M期转变[1]。
