英文名: cis-Urocanic acid

描述: cis-Urocanic acid ((E)-Urocanic acid) 是一种 5-HT2A 受体激动剂，cis-Urocanic acid 与 5-HT 受体结合的Kd 为 4.6 nM。cis-Urocanic acid 是一种免疫调节剂，通过与 5-HT2A 受体结合而诱导免疫抑制。

体外活性: 经100 μg/mL cis-Urocanic acid处理后，可完全抑制IL-6及IL-8的分泌，降低caspase-3的活性，提高细胞对UV-B辐射的生存率。未经辐射的细胞使用100 μg/mL cis-Urocanic acid后，对IL-6或IL-8的分泌、caspase-3的活性或细胞活性无显著影响[1]。
