英文名: EMT inhibitor-1

描述: EMT inhibitor-1 是 Hippo，TGF-β 和 Wnt 信号通路的抑制剂，并拥有抗肿瘤活性。

体外活性: EMT inhibitor-1（C19）在体外抑制癌细胞迁移、增殖以及对Doxorubicin 的耐药性。EMT inhibitor-1（C19）（0-10μM；24小时）是Hippo、TGF-β和Wnt信号通路的抑制剂，具有抗肿瘤活性[1]。

体内活性: EMT inhibitor-1 （C19）通过腹腔注射（5-20 mg/kg）在小鼠肿瘤模型中展现出强大的抗肿瘤作用。作用机制上，EMT inhibitor-1 激活Mst/Lats与AMPK这两种Hippo激酶及肿瘤抑制激酶，进而诱导GSK3-β介导的Hippo信号转导因子TAZ的降解。EMT inhibitor-1 溶解在载体溶液中（100 μL的DMEM，含有5%二甲基亚砜）[1]。
