描述: Telotristat ethyl (LX1606) 是一种口服具有活力的色氨酸羟化酶抑制剂，可抑制血清素的产生。

体内活性: Telotristat ethyl（200 mg/kg po，qd）通过组织病理学评估确认能够保护小鼠IBD模型[1]。Telotristat ethyl（15、50、150、300 mg/kg）耗尽空肠中的5-HT，但不影响大脑中的5-HT水平。然而，Telotristat ethyl（200 mg/kg，p.o.）既不耗竭肠内神经源性5-HT，也不改变小鼠固有的胃肠运动性。Telotristat ethyl（200 mg/kg）减轻了三硝基苯磺酸（TNBS）诱导的结肠炎的严重程度[2]。Telotristat ethyl（15、50、150、300 mg/kg, po，qd）降低小鼠体外周血清素含量，但不减少大脑中的水平。Telotristat ethyl（200 mg/kg po，qd）阻止了TNBS挑战后观察到的血中中性粒细胞计数的增加，为炎症性肠病小鼠模型提供了显著保护。
