英文名: MP7

描述: MP7 (PDK1 inhibitor) 是磷酸肌醇依赖性激酶-1 (PDK1) 抑制剂。

体外活性: MP7能够减少活细胞数量。当一起使用时，与单独处理的细胞相比，MP7与其他化合物一起使用时GSC的活性进一步降低。在U87MG细胞中观察到的，当以最高浓度使用MP7（即，1.5 μM Alisertib 和 2.5 μM MP7）时，死亡细胞的数量明显增加了。
