英文名: Clinafloxacin

描述: Clinafloxacin (CI-960) 是一种高效广谱氟喹诺酮类抗生素，抑制革兰氏阳性、革兰氏阴性和厌氧病原体。它对金黄色葡萄球菌的 DNA 促旋酶和拓扑异构酶 IV 有抑制作用，IC50值分别为 0.92 µg/ml 和 1.62 µg/ml。

体内活性: Clinafloxacin是针对革兰氏阳性,革兰氏阴性和厌氧病原体的有效的广谱体外活性的抗生素,是较为有效的肺炎链球菌抗生素。在肺炎链球菌7785（MIC=0.125μg/ ml）中,Clinafloxacin具有较高的活性。
