英文名: 3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid

描述: 3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid (Dehydrolithocholic acid) 是胆汁酸的一种代谢产物。3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid 直接与关键转录因子RORγt(Kd=1.13 μM) 结合抑制TH17细胞分化。

体外活性: 处理3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid显著降低了RORγt报告基因的活性。3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid很可能通过与RORγt的物理相互作用来抑制TH17细胞的分化，并且抑制其转录活性。

体内活性: 3-Oxo-5β-cholanoic acid (Dehydrolithocholic acid) (0.3% (w/w); p.o.; for 1 week) significantly reduces the percentage of ileal TH17 cells[1].
