英文名: Griseofulvin

描述: Griseofulvin (Fulvicin) 是一种螺环真菌天然抗菌药，用于治疗真菌性皮肤癣菌。

细胞实验: The cells (5× 103/mL) are incubated in triplicate in a 96-well plate in the presence or absence of indicated concentration of Griseofulvin in a final volume of 0.2 mL for different time intervals at 37 ℃. Thereafter, 20 μL MTT solution (5 mg/mL in PBS) is added to each well. After a 2-hour incubation at 37 ℃, 0.1 mL lysis buffer (20% SDS, 50% dimethylformamide) is added, incubation is continued overnight at 37 ℃, and then the optical density at 570 nm is measured by plate reader. (Only for Reference)

体外活性: Griseofulvin在体内具有有效的抗感染活性.Griseofulvin和nocodazole (5 毫克/千克)一起治疗显著增强nocodazole的功效,导致肿瘤生长停止.

体内活性: 体外测试的Griseofulvin对各种皮肤癣菌的最小抑菌浓度范围为0.14到0.6 μg/mL。Griseofulvin对细胞有丝分裂的主要作用是纺锤体微管的解体。Griseofulvin也能够诱导哺乳动物细胞中染色体结构畸变。Griseofulvin能够有效抵抗小孢子菌属,毛癣菌属和表皮癣菌属等不同种类的皮肤癣菌。对其它的真菌,比如短帚霉和亨德逊酵母样菌是不敏感的。Griseofulvin对酵母菌几乎没有影响。
