描述: 17-ODYA (Alkynyl Stearic Acid) 是 CYP450 ω-羟化酶抑制剂。它能够抑制与花生四烯酸孵育的大鼠肾皮质微粒体形成 20-HETE 、dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids、epoxyeicosatrienoic acids。它可以改善异丙肾上腺素诱导的培养心肌细胞凋亡和坏死。

体外活性: PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
