英文名: Caracemide

描述: Caracemide (NSC-253272) 抑制大肠杆菌的核糖核苷酸还原酶。 Caracemide 可用于抗癌研究。

体外活性: Caracemide produces severe central nervous system (CNS) toxicity because of the toxic metabolite, methylisocyanate (MIC). Caracemide inactivates R1 by covalent modification at the substrate-binding site[1].

体内活性: 在给予Caracemide（6.6 mg/kg;i.p.）后，检测到大鼠尿液中存在巯基乙酰胺衍生物AMCC[2]。
