描述: CUR61414 是 Hedgehog 信号通路的细胞渗透性抑制剂 (IC50 = 100-200 nM)，并选择性地结合 smoothened (Ki = 44 nM)。

体外活性: CUR61414 arrests the proliferation of basal cells within the BCC-like lesions and induces cell apoptosis and complete regression of the lesions, without affecting neighboring non-tumor cells[1].

体内活性: CUR61414 regresses these lesions in the mice exposed to UV light irradiation and produces many microscopic BCC-like basaloid lesions throughout their skin[1].
