描述: Dexamethasone palmitate (DXP) (DXP) 是 Dexamethasone 的前药。Dexamethasone 是糖皮质激素受体激动剂。与Dexamethasone 相比， DXP 对糖皮质激素受体的亲和力低 47 倍。DXP 显示出抗炎活性。

体内活性: In a murine collagen-induced arthritis model, their passive accumulation in arthritic joints leads to disease remission and recovery of the joint structure at a dose of 1 mg/kg dexamethasone, without any adverse effects[1].
