英文名: Indobufen

描述: Indobufen (Ibustrin) 是一种血小板聚集抑制剂，是下调单核细胞中的组织因子，可逆抑制血小板环氧合酶 (Cox) 的活性和血栓素 A2 (TxA2) 的合成。

体外活性: Indobufen在LPS激活的单核细胞中抑制TxA2的合成，但不影响PGE2的合成。Indobufen会导致ERK1/2磷酸化的程度增加，而磷酸化的p38水平保持不变。Indobufen对Cox-1和Cox-2蛋白均无影响，但能降低TxB2的水平。
