英文名: (Rac)-Idroxioleic acid

描述: (Rac)-Idroxioleic acid (2-Hydroxyoleic acid) 是一种具有抗肿瘤作用的脂肪酸酰胺水解酶抑制剂。 它与质膜结合并改变脂质组织。

体外活性: Minerval (25-50 μM; 72 hours) causes a marked and concentration-dependent increase in the proteolytic cleavage of PARP, a molecular marker of apoptosis. Minerval (25-75 μM; 72 hours) impairs Jurkat cell growth in a time- and concentration-dependent manner (IC50: 40 μM)[1].

体内活性: In nude mice infected with Jurkat cells, Minerval significantly inhibits tumour growth[1].
