英文名: Semustine

描述: Semustine 是一种 DNA 烷化剂，是一种癌症化疗化合物，在接受辅助化疗的恶性黑色素瘤患者中具有肾毒性，可用于辅助治疗白血病。

体内活性: Semustine (Me-CCNU) (150 mg×m(-2)×d(-1) once; oral; repeated every 28 days) treatment periods were within 2 - 6 months; follow-up period was 6 months. PFS at 6 months was 55.88% in the Me-CCNU group (P < 0.05). Overall survival rates at the end of the follow-up period were 97.30% in the Me-CCNU group (P > 0.05). Adverse events rates of Me-CCNU was 45.15% (P < 0.05).[2]
