英文名: Taxifolin

描述: Taxifolin (Dihydroquercetin) 是一种天然类黄酮，具有抗纤维化作用。它是一种自由基清除剂，具有抗氧化能力。它有效抑制胶原酶，IC50为 193.3 μM，具有重要的抗酪氨酸酶活性。

体内活性: Taxifolin may be easily metabolized and that its metabolites are the prevalent form in vivo, although limited information is available on metabolism of Taxifolin in vivo[5]. Metabolites with the same fragment pattern may have the same pharmacophore. Thus these metabolites may exert the same pharmacological effects as taxifolin through an additive effect on the same drug targets. This observation indicates that taxifolin is bioactive not only in the parent form, but also through its metabolites.
