描述: m-PEG7-alcohol (O-Methyl-heptaethylene glycol) 是一种属于 PEG 类的 PROTAC linker，可用于 PROTAC 分子的合成。

体外活性: PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one of them is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other one is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
