英文名: PI-3065

描述: PI-3065 是一种有效的PI3K p110δ抑制剂(IC50=5 nM;Ki=1.5 nM)。它对 p110α，p110β，p110γ 的作用较弱，IC50分别为 910，600，>10000 nM。

细胞实验: Proliferation of 4T1 cells is assayed following a 4-h treatment with the indicated p110δ inhibitors, then washing and MTS staining are carried out after 48 h culture. (Only for Reference)

体外活性: PI-3065在不表达可检测水平的p110δ的4T1细胞上，未显示出对其生长的抑制作用。[1]
