英文名: Apraclonidine hydrochloride

描述: Apraclonidine hydrochloride (ALO 2145) 是一种 α2-肾上腺素能激动剂和弱的 α-1 肾上腺素能受体激动剂。 Apaclonidine hydrochloride 可降低人眼的眼内压，可用于青光眼治疗的研究。

体外活性: Apraclonidine hydrochloride penetrates the cornea and blood-brain barrier to a lesser extent[2].

体内活性: Apraclonidine hydrochloride elevats intraocular pressure as well as glaucoma. Apraclonidine reduces aqueous humor synthesis and vasoconstrictor actions at the anterior segment branches of the ophthalmic artery[2]. Apraclonidine (1.15%) causes a 98% inhibition of PGE2-induced aqueous flare elevationy[3].
