英文名: Mianserin

描述: Mianserin 是H1受体反向激动剂，是四环抗抑郁药(TeCA)治疗家族中的一种精神活性化合物，具有抗抑郁、抗焦虑、止吐、促氧、催眠和抗组胺作用，可作为去甲肾上腺素和特定的血清素联合用药能治疗抑郁症。

体内活性: The atypical antidepressant mianserin, administered at doses of 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg SC, dose-dependently increased up to about 6 times extracellular dopamine in the medial prefrontal cortex of the rat. Mianserin failed to modify extracellular dopamine in the nucleus accumbens. Mianserin also dose-dependently increased extracellular noradrenaline in the prefrontal cortex[1].
