英文名: Diethylmaleate

描述: Diethylmaleate (Maleic acid, diethyl ester) 是马来酸二乙酯和一种抑制 NF-kB 的谷胱甘肽消耗化合物。

体外活性: Diethylmaleate和iodoacetate的组合以时间和浓度依赖的方式对星形胶质细胞造成了增强的损伤[1]。

体内活性: In TR- rats, in spite of a dilatation of the Golgi apparatus and of the endoplasmic reticulum. It is unlikely that the alterations in the Golgi apparatus (and the endoplasmic reticulum) induced by diethylmaleate play a role in the canalicular secretion of diethylmaleate.
