描述: Serotonin hydrochloride (Serotonin HCl) 是一种内源性 5-HT 受体激动剂、CNS 中的单胺神经递质和儿茶酚 O-甲基转移酶 (COMT) 抑制剂，Ki 值为 44 μM。

体内活性: The role of serotonin in the regulation of larval Aedes aegypti hemolymph composition is investigated in vivo using two reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), alaproclate HCl and 6-nitroquipazine maleate, and the receptor antagonist methiothepin mesylate. [1]
