体内活性: VU 0469650 (10 mg/kg; I.P.; once; male Sprague-Dawley rats) shows an excellent selectivity profile and good exposure in both plasma and brain samples.[1] VU 0469650 (0.2 mg/kg; I.V.; once; male Sprague-Dawley rats) exhibits moderate to high clearance, a moderate volume of distribution, and a half-life of approximately 1 hour.[1]
