描述: 21-deacetyldeflazacort 是 Deflazacort 的代谢物，它是一种全身性皮质类固醇和泼尼松龙的衍生物。

体外活性: 21-deacetyldeflazacort displaces [3H]dexamethasone from its cytosol receptor sites in rat kidney, thymus and liver in vitro.

体内活性: 21-deacetyldeflazacort inhibited 48-h homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats, but had no significant effects on active systemic anaphylaxis in mice, on the Schultz-Dale reaction in the isolated guinea-pig trachea or on compound 48/80-induced histamine release in rat peritoneal mast cells. 21-deacetyldeflazacort inhibited reversed cutaneous anaphylaxis in rats and the Arthus reaction in mice[1].
