描述: Selurampanel (BGG492) 是一种具有口服活性和选择性的竞争性 AMPA 谷氨酸受体拮抗剂，是一种喹唑啉二酮磺酰胺。Selurampanel 可用于研究癫痫、偏头痛和耳鸣。

体内活性: Selurampanel (3 mg/kg i.v.) a mouse plasma half-life of 3.3 h is determined, with a moderate volume of distribution (Vdss=1.3 L/kg) and a low clearance of 5.4 mL/min▪kg.[5] Selurampanel potently and dose-dependently antagonizes maximal electroshock seizure-induced generalized tonic-clonic seizures in mice with an ED50 value around 7 mg/kg after 1 h pre-treatment.[5]
