描述: BAY-6035 是 SET 和 MYND 结构域蛋白 3 (SMYD3) 的抑制剂。 BAY-6035 的选择性比其他组蛋白甲基转移酶高 100 倍以上。

体外活性: BAY-6035 inhibits methylation of MEKK2 peptide in a cell-free assay and in cells with IC50s of 88 and 70 nM, respectively[1].
