体内活性: MMP-3 Inhibitor is a cell-permeable p-methoxysulfonamido D-leucine containing hydroxamate compound that acts as a potent inhibitor of human MMP-3 (stromelysin; Ki = 23 nM) and murine macrophage metalloelastase (MME/MMP-12; IC50 = 13 nM). Binds to the MMP active site Zn2+ [2] [3].
