描述: Lenalidomide-5-aminomethyl hydrochloride is a cereblon (CRBN) ligand derived from Lenalidomide. It serves as a ligand for the recruitment of the CRBN protein. When connected to the protein via a linker, Lenalidomide-5-aminomethyl hydrochloride forms a PROTAC.

体外活性: PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[2].
