描述: Polyphyllin I 是从七叶一枝花中提取的生物活性成分，具有很强的抗肿瘤活性。它是 JNK 信号通路的激活剂，也是 PDK1/Akt/mTOR 信号传导的抑制剂。它诱导自噬，G2/M 期阻滞和细胞凋亡。
