英文名: Brevilin A

描述: Brevilin A 是从Centipeda minima 中分离的倍半萜内酯，具有抗癌活性。它通过线粒体途径和 PI3K/AKT/mTOR 失活诱导结肠腺癌细胞 CT26 的凋亡和自噬。它是一种选择性JAK-STAT 信号通路抑制剂，通过减弱 JAK 信号和 阻塞 STAT3 信号起作用。

体外活性: In vitro activity against Giardia intestinalis was used for bioassay-guided fractionation of crude extracts from C. minima.?The sesquiterpene lactone, Brevilin A was isolated and found to have antigiardial activity (IC50 = 16.1 μM) and was similarly active in vitro against Entamoeba histolytica (IC50 between 4.5 and 9 μM) and against Plasmodium falciparum (IC50 = 9.42 μM).?
