描述: 1-Kestose 是低聚果糖成分，有效刺激了 Faecalibacterium prausnitzii 和 Bifidobacteria。它有抗羟基自由基的潜力。它可促进肠道内乳酸菌数量，影响微生物以及肠道和全身免疫反应。

体内活性: 1-kestose, which is the smallest component of FOS, on F. prausnitzii in the gut of humans. 1-kestose has impressive potential as a new prebiotic targeting F. prausnitzii, a next-generation probiotic strain, as well as bifidobacteria.
