英文名: (+)-Coclaurine

描述: (+)-Coclaurine 是从多种植物来源中分离出来的四氢异喹啉生物碱，具有抗衰老作用。

体内活性: Coclaurine 25 ug produced an inhibition of locomotor activity, ptosis and catalepsy. One hour after injection it produced stereotyped behaviour,such as sniffing and gnawing.Pretreatment with coclaurine 25 ug suppressed locomotor activation and rotational behaviour induced by apomorphine and methamphetamine.
