描述: Potassium oxonate (Potassium azaorotate) 是用作尿酸酶抑制剂，都5-FU 磷酸化为5-fluorouridine-5'-monophosphate 具有抑制作用。

体内活性: Oxonic Acid? is a component of S-1, a mixture containing a prodrug of the antitumor agent 5-fluorouracil, that suppresses the gastrointestinal toxicity of 5-FU without inhibiting its antitumor activity in rats[1].Formulations containing oxonic acid have been used to treat gastric, pancreatic, lung, head, neck, and breast carcinomas[2].
