英文名: Sophoraflavanone G

描述: Sophoraflavanone G (Kushenol F) 是从苦参中提取到的一种天然产物，通过抑制 MAPK 相关通路诱导 MDA-MB-231 和 HL-60 细胞凋亡，具有抗肿瘤和抗炎特性。

体外活性: Sophoraflavanone G (0 -100 μM; 24 hours) decreases the viability of the HL-60 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and induces HL-60 cell apoptosis, activated caspase-3 and caspase-9, and downregulated Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL. It also upregulates Bax and released cytochrome c from the mitochondria into the cytoplasm, enabling apoptosis via the mitochondrially-mediated 'intrinsic' pathway [1]. Sophoraflavanone G (0 -40 μM; 24 hours) inhibits MDA-MB-231 cell viability in a concentration-dependent manner (IC50: 29.7 μM) [2].
