描述: Antitubercular agent-28 (compound 2) 对结核分枝杆菌 H37Rv 的耐药分离株具有抗分枝杆菌活性。Antitubercular agent-28 是有效的抗结核药剂，MICb 值为 4.5 μM，IC50值为 1.5 μM，IC90值为 2.5 μM。Antitubercular agent-28 显示出有效的细胞内抗分枝杆菌活性，并且细胞毒性低。

体外活性: Antitubercular agent-28 (compound 2) shows antimycobacterial activity for resistant isolates of M. tuberculosis H37Rv with IC 50 s of 2.9, 125, 130, 1.3, 3.8 μM, MICs of 3.3, 170, 190, 1.8, 8.4 μM, IC 90 s of 3.1, 140, 180, 1.5, 4.8 μM for FQ-R1, INH-R1, INH-R2, RIF-R1,RIF-R2 respectively [1]. Antitubercular agent-28 (0-200 μM) shows antibacterial activity with an MIC value of 170 μM, IC 50 value of 2.96 μM, and IC 90 value of 19 μM in low oxygen condition, and an MIC value of 1.77 μM, IC 50 value of 1.02 μM, and IC 90 value of 1.34 μM in normal oxygen condition [1]. Antitubercular agent-28 (0-200 μM) shows intracellular activity with an IC 50 value of 2.15 μM, and IC 90 value of 2.85 μM, and low cytotoxicity with an IC 50 value of >100 μM [1].
