Nrf2/HO-1 activator 1 (1-30 μM; 6 h) increases HO-1 expression in PC12 cells [1]. Nrf2/HO-1 activator 1 (12 μM; 1-12 h) increases phosphorylation of ERK1/2, JNK, and Akt in PC12 cells [1].
