描述: GRP-60367 hydrochloride is a novel small-molecule entry inhibitor of rabies virus (RABV), exhibiting nanomolar potency against select RABV strains. This first-in-class compound effectively targets the RABV G protein [1].

体外活性: GRP-60367 (0.1 nM-1000 μM) confirms specific and potent anti-RABV activity of the scaffold, returning in dose-response assays EC 50 s ranging from 2 to 52 nM on different host cell lines [1]. Cell Viability Assay [1] Cell Line: BEAS-2B, 293T, or Hep-2 cell lines Concentration: 0.1 nM, 1 nM, 10 nM, 100 nM, 1 μM, 10 μM, 100 μM, 1000 μM Incubation Time: 48 hours Result: EC 50 s of 2 nM, 3 nM, and 52 nM for RABV-ΔG-nanoLuc virus in BEAS-2B, 293T, or Hep-2 cell lines, respectively.
