描述: ATP disodium trihydrate (Adenosine-5'-triphosphate disodium trihydrate) 是体内能量储存和代谢的重要物质，是免疫和炎症中重要的内源性信号分子，可为机体代谢提供能量，同时在细胞中作为辅酶发挥作用。

体外活性: ATP disodium trihydrate (5 mM; 1 h) with LPS (1 μg/mL) has a synergistic effect on the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome in HGFs.[3]ATP disodium trihydrate (2 mM; 0.5-24 h) induces BMDM to secrete IL-1β, KC and MIP-2 in a caspase-1 activation-dependent manner.[4]ATP disodium trihydrate promotes neutrophil chemotaxis.[4]

体内活性: ATP disodium trihydrate (50 mg/kg; ip) protects mice against bacterial infection.[4]ATP disodium trihydrate induces the secretion of IL-1β, KC and MIP-2, neutrophil recruitment.[4]
