描述: 8-Bromo-cAMP sodium salt (8-Br-Camp sodium salt) 是一种环 AMP 依赖性蛋白激酶 (PKA) 激活剂，是一种环 AMP 类似物。

体内活性: 在支气管上皮细胞中,8-Bromo-cAMP减少HDE刺激的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α-转化酶(TACE；ADAM-17)活性和随后的TNF-α释放。8-Bromo-cAMP提高人新生包皮成纤维细胞(HFF1)的重编程效率。
