英文名: Cyclo(RGDyK) trifluoroacetate

描述: Cyclo(RGDyK) trifluoroacetate 是一种选择性αVβ3整联蛋白抑制剂，IC50为 20 nM。

体外活性: Cyclo(RGDyK) shows high affinity and selectivity for αVβ3 over αVβ5 and αIIbβ3. [1] Cyclo(RGDyK)-conjugated micelles (TPM) facilitated the cell-specific uptake of DiI into B16-F10 cells and HUVECs via integrin-mediated endocytosis compared with Cyclo(RGDyK) -free micelles (NPM). [2]

体内活性: 在apoE/小鼠中，Cyclo(RGDyK) (1 nmol, i.v.) 抑制了左侧狭窄颈动脉内膜中αVβ3整合素表达的增加。[2]
