英文名: Fosphenytoin disodium

描述: Fosphenytoin disodium (ACC-9653) 是 phenytoin 的前体药物，具有抗惊厥等活性。它是电压门控钠通道阻滞剂。

体内活性: Fosphenytoin has anticonvulsant activity in a mouse model of maximal electroshock seizures similar to that of phenytoin (ED50s = 16 and 8 mg/kg, respectively). It also has antiarrhythmic activity in isolated guinea pig atria and in anesthetized dogs. Formulations containing fosphenytoin have been used in the treatment of status epilepticus
